Art commission Terms Of Service

>When commissioning me, you have the right to cancel with a full refund before I start working on the piece! After I've started, cancellations are no longer viable.>I do not have deadlines and do not like being rushed. Turnaround times are generally 1 week to 2 months, however, due to my health, commissions are taking longer than expected. Feel free to nicely check in with me if you feel you haven't heard from me in a while.>You have the right to ask me to change a detail or anything in the art piece unless you gave artistic liberty to me.>I rarely do NSFW comms. Please do not come into my DMs begging for NSFW. It makes me uncomfortable at moments and, unless otherwise stated via DM or on my Instagram story, NSFW commissions are closed. If I do NSFW commissions, you must send me proof of your age. I do not work with minors for NSFW art. If I find you are being untruthful about your age, you will be blacklisted.>When DMing me, please don't harass me, do not talk to me sexually, do not beg for free art, and do not ask me invasive questions. Any of the above will result in blocking and reporting.>Respect my boundaries. Please remember what the word "no" means.>Have fun :)

Fursuit Comms TERMS OF SERVICE

You want to commission me for a fursuit? Yippee! What an exciting decision! If you would like to commission me, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms of service:Openings:> Since I’m still a newer maker, commission openings are random throughout the year. I usually give a two month notice before I open comms! So keep an eye out on Instagram!> When fursuit commissions do open, you will need a quote beforehand. You will not be able to get a commission without a quote FIRST (unless it is for one of my premade designs). My quote form is usually open, however, there are times I will close it. I will notify via Instagram when my quote form is open again. As always, if you have any questions please ask!> You may submit for a quote for different characters as much as you want. However, I will only give you ONE quote for the same character and suit type (mini partial, fullsuit, etc). The only time I will give you a new quote for the same character and suit type will be if I change my prices.> Commission slots are not first come first serve! After taking a few days to review quotes and then the slot requests, only a certain amount of people will be accepted per queue via my discretion. Just because you send in a quote or commission request doesn’t mean you’ll get the spot as it depends on the character, complexity, materials, etc. I will always notify you if you are selected via the platform you chose when filling out the quote form.> I strive to NEVER have more than 10 commissions at a time. As of September 2026, I have 4 projects in queue.——
Payment:> In order to get your suit made by me, you are required to put a minimum of 30% of the total price down for your suit. (Eg. If your suit is $1000, you must put $300). This is to secure your slot and it is nonrefundable if you decide to cancel the commission.> If you absolutely cannot make a payment the day you are selected for a commissions spot, you will maximum 7 days to do so. If you end up not paying within that window, your commission will be canceled and you will be blacklisted. This is my only source of income so please be sure to have a plan BEFORE agreeing to commission me.> I accept most payment plans, 5 months or less. You must do one payment per month MINIMUM. We will discuss the plan and you MUST stick to it unless you communicate with me beforehand if a situation arises in your personal life.> Payments will be made through cashapp! If you cannot use cashapp, I will only accept PayPal friends & family. Besides that, there will be no other payment types unless cash (this is for con drop offs ONLY and you still have to put send a down payment electronically).——
Age Requirements:> I will NOT work with someone under the age of 18. If you are a minor and would like a commission, I will only work with your parent or guardian when discussing payment and the project. They must provide proof of identification.> If you are over 18, I might require proof of age (which can be your ID with everything but your name, DOB, and picture blurred out).——
Cancellations and Refunds:> As of 02/2025, there will be no refunds for any commission type. I strive to be more affordable for suits, despite making each one with hours of love, sweat, and tears. This is also my sole source of income. Therefore, as of now, there is no refunds, no matter the situation. I understand things may happen so we may be able to work something else out if there are extenuating circumstances but this is VERY rare. Please make sure you want to commission me and have a financial plan beforehand!> If you cancel a fursuit at any point, I may sell it as a different character with edits to the design or as the original design if it is a premade.——
Communication:> I try really hard to communicate to all my commissioners regardless of queue spot, but please note that you may not hear from me all the time if you are further in queue! The best way to see updates from me is via Instagram stories on my Axigenix account!> Starting 11/02/2025, if I am currently working on your suit and I don’t hear back from you within a 7 day window, you are at risk of your commission being canceled without a refund. I try to work with a schedule and if you’re not responding in a timely manner to WIPS and/or questions, it hurts other people’s projected start dates and slows down all work production. Please be considerate to others in the queue and my work. If you have something going on where you don’t think you’ll be able to contact me, just let me know. Thank you.——
Warranty and Repairs:> All my suits have a lifetime warranty for the FIRST owner. Any other owner may ask me to repair the suit I’ve made for them for an extra cost. Either way, owners must pay shipping. For the first owner, you may get your suit fixed for free (besides shipping) for minor “scrapes and bruises” which includes:
-Popped seams
-Loose nails
-Glue or shave imperfections that you’d like fixed
-And other minor things I see that isn’t severe in person.> What isn’t considered minor will have a cost. This will be discussed with the commissioner but some themes can include:
- Intentional damage (improper cleaning, rough play, extreme dirt damage)
-Failure to store the suit properly (if you don’t know how, please ask!!)
-Being too aggressive with/in suit
-Damage caused from NSFW activities or staining from it. I will charge you an extra fee for having to touch bodily fluids from NSFW acts.
-And others upon discussion and inspection.——
NSFW-related questions:> I don’t care or mind if you use your suit for NSFW activities but please try to keep your suits clean! You’re still representing my work in that setting so please be mindful that it can also harm my business if you’re not properly taking care of your suits.> If you are caught doing any illegal activities that can harm children, animals, etc, in OR out of suit, you will not qualify for any repairs made by me, any future comms request, and will be blacklisted. The suit made by me will also be removed from my website/online pages and you will not be recognized as one of my suits/suiters.——
Deadlines and Completion:> When you decide to commission me, you are agreeing to work with a disabled/chronically-ill person. Because of this, I will be very transparent when I have issues going on when asked and I will try to reach out as much as possible! HOWEVER, I do not tolerate being treated poorly if I’m a little behind due to health reasons! Please do not ask for updates every day. Once again, I pride myself on reaching out to you often during the project.> I will not work with deadlines because of my disability unless stated. If you need a suit for a certain time frame, please let me know and I will tell you if I think I can make it work. There may be an addition fee ($100-300) depending on the circumstance.> My average time for completing suits currently is 1-8 months (8 months for a fullsuit) once I actually start on your commission. This can change/vary due to my disability and how fast I can work, however, you are free to inquire about how long I MIGHT take on your project, knowing it is NOT always guaranteed. I do try to quote accurately.——
Suit Changes:> You have the right to ask me to change a detail or anything for your suit UNTIL I start cutting fur. Once I show you the patterns and you agree on the design, that’s what your suit will look like. If you don’t like the final product you may sell the suit once you receive it, but you will have multiple chances before the fur is cut to let me know of any changes or alterations.——Shipping:> All suits are REQUIRED to have shipping insurance, no matter how small the order. This will be a safeguard incase your suit does go missing. If your suit does go missing once shipped out, I will try my best to contact shipping companies with you, but I will not remake any suits that go missing unless you repay for materials and time (quoted/bided price).>Once the post office has your package, I am no longer responsible for the suit or if damages occur. I am more than happy to fix the damages but you will have to pay shipping to send the package back to me.> I will only use UPS for shipping. There’s been too many issues in the furry community with packages going missing from USPS and Fedex, so I feel more comfortable using UPS.> Going forward, ALL of my suits will have a tracking tag in them unless doing in-person pickup. This tracking tag will help in the rare case that your suit goes missing in the mail. Once again, I will do everything in my power to track it down and get it to you properly if issues arise.> I haven’t done international shipping yet but I am willing to work with you if you live in another country. Shipping fees will be higher since I’m located in the US. I might be able to give you a quote on shipping if needed.‼️ Additional disclaimers ‼️> As mentioned above, if you commission me, you agree to recognize that I am a new suit maker. With this, there may be some mistakes or imperfections that you wouldn’t see from a skilled fursuit maker of many years (like glue, threads, and other minor common mistakes). I try to make these suits with utmost care, however, mistakes do happen. If a mistake that I didn't notice is bothering you, we can discuss sending the suit back for repairs, free of charge besides shipping (for minor mistakes, read above).> If you notice blue markings on the fur or minky on your suit, it’s just blue washable/dissolvable marker from my fabric-specific marking pen! This has been tested and will come out with a gentle wash cloth or with a non-heated Little Green Machine. If it seems like it won’t come out, use a little bit of Folex carpet cleaner as it’s used for tougher stains and won’t damage fur if used properly!> There is also a very small chance that a pin could be in your suit ON ACCIDENT!! Please alert me ASAP if there is a pin in your suit so we can discuss how to safely get it out! The odds of this happening are extremely slim as I do stress test the suit before shipment which includes me squishing the entire suit and certain areas! So if this does happen I apologize deeply in advance but like I said above, the chances of this are extremely slim!> I also want to let any potential clients know that I currently use foam bases made from expanding foam! The bases themselves are generally 12in by 12in, so not super oversized. If you’d like the bases to be bigger, please let me know and I can get them printed with TPU for an additional charge.——I do appreciate your interest and can’t wait to work with you soon!! :DLast edited 10/1/2026
